Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens with the data you leave on obligix.com. It is short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Early-access form: your email address, the country and kind of your company, the language you used, the time of sign-up, your IP address and browser identifier. Purpose: to contact you about Obligix early access and to stop automated abuse of the form. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the contact; our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) for abuse prevention.
- Server logs: the web server records requests with IP address, time, path and browser identifier for security and troubleshooting, kept for 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
We use no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no cookies on this site.
Where the data goes
Sign-ups are stored on our own server in the European Union (Google Cloud, Netherlands region). A copy of each sign-up is emailed to us through Google Workspace. No other recipients. Nothing is shared with any authority, registry or office.
How long we keep it
Until Obligix launches and we have contacted you, and no longer than 24 months from sign-up. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above; we then delete your sign-up.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as set out in articles 15 to 21 GDPR, by email to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or your local supervisory authority.
